A residential and office building ensemble was developed on Schinkelplatz in the historic center of Berlin for the company's own property portfolio. The project was completed in cooperation with the planning team led by Volker Staab Architekten for the office building
and Steidle Architekten and Klaus Theo Brenner Architekten for the residential buildings. With its subtle autonomy and highest quality construction, the exquisite complex blends perfectly into the delicate architectural setting.
