Created by a team of architects from Lauber Architekten and MVRDV, Park Village is a new urban office space that serves as a counterpart to the large buildings in the adjacent Unterföhring industrial park.
The division of rental space in the heterogeneous building ensemble created a new urban district in 2003. This has become a popular spot for tenants thanks to its infrastructure with facilities including a restaurant and conference center.
Nine buildings – each with its own identity
Park Village is a successful example of modern, people-focused architecture. Instead of uniform solutions, Park Village offers an ensemble of buildings with different facade designs that enhance the sense of dynamic diversity and individuality. Everything from the harmonious wooden facade and the futuristic front of the restaurant and event building, to the Mediterranean style of the terracotta-colored wall and mirrored high-tech glass facade is diverse and special – with plenty of space for ideas and creativity.
