After studying business administration, Michael Katzenberger joined Bayerische Rückversicherung (now Swiss Re) in October 1989. He worked as a financial consultant until he became the head of real estate management in January 1992. Michael joined the Moll Group in July 2000 where he works in the real estate division as executive director in charge of the commercial unit, including financing, IT and personnel.

Xaver Moll studied architecture at the Berlin Institute of Technology and at the Technical University of Munich. He has been working as an architect since September 1998. Starting out at MM Architects in London, he worked for several years in the office of Professor Steidle in Munich. After completing a work-study program to qualify as a real-estate economist (ebs), he joined Cells Bauwelt in June 2004 as a project developer. In January 2006, he started working for the Moll Group real estate division where he is responsible for the technical area with a main focus on construction and project development as well as on portfolio optimization.

Thomas Merker

After completing his apprenticeship as a businessman in the real estate and housing industry in 1997 at W. Rohrer & Sohn Hausverwaltung GmbH, Thomas Merker held further positions in the real estate industry at Ottmann GmbH & Co. Südhausbau KG, among others. After completing a part-time degree in business administration at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie München e.V., he joined the real estate division of the Moll Group in July 2008. Since January 2022, Thomas Merker has been responsible for the operational area of real estate management as Managing Director.

Lars Wiedersheim

After completing his bachelor's degree, Lars Wiedersheim also completed a master's degree in civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich. In 2013, he began his professional career in project management at Drees & Sommer Munich. He switched to the role of client representative in 2015 when he joined BOHNZIRLEWAGEN GmbH & Co. KG, where he represented various private clients. Finally, Lars Wiedersheim joined the Moll Group in 2022 as Head of Projects in the property division, where he has been responsible for project development and project management ever since. Since his appointment as Managing Director in April 2024, he has also been responsible for the technical side of property management.
